1. Company Information
These terms and conditions apply to all courses and services provided by INTEGER TRAINING LIMITED (Company Number: 03791017), trading as Integer Training. Our registered address is 9 Bude Business Centre, Kings Hill Industrial Estate, Bude, Cornwall, EX23 8QN, United Kingdom.
2. Course Enrolment
By enrolling on a course with Integer Training, you agree to these terms and conditions. Enrolment is subject to availability and confirmation by our admissions team. We reserve the right to decline enrolment where we believe a course is not suitable for a candidate's current level of experience or qualifications.
3. Fees and Payment
Course fees are as stated at the time of enrolment. We offer interest-free payment plans on selected courses. Payment plan arrangements must be agreed in writing before course commencement. All fees are in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of course materials, tutor support, and assessment fees unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You have the right to cancel your enrolment within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided you have not accessed the course materials. Refund requests outside the 14-day cooling-off period will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact our team at [email protected] to discuss cancellations.
5. Withdrawal Policy
Integer Training operates a three-stage withdrawal process for learners who are not engaging with their programme:
- Stage 1: Where a learner has produced no work or insufficient work for one month, they will receive verbal notice from their tutor that they are at risk of withdrawal.
- Stage 2: Where a learner has produced no work or insufficient work for two consecutive months, they will be invited to a formal interview with the programme manager to discuss their continued participation.
- Stage 3: Where a learner has produced no work or insufficient work for three consecutive months, they will be withdrawn from the programme.
For learners who have been enrolled for fewer than 6 weeks, the above timescales are measured in weeks rather than months.
6. Assessment
Assessment includes both formative and summative assessment throughout the programme. Key assessment standards include:
- All submitted work will be marked within 2 working weeks of receipt
- Internal verification will take place within 2 working weeks of marking
- Assessment for Learning principles are applied throughout all programmes
- Qualifications are awarded by the relevant accrediting body upon successful completion of all required assessments
7. Learner Responsibilities
Learners enrolled on a programme with Integer Training are expected to:
- Engage actively with course materials and learning activities
- Submit assignments within agreed deadlines
- Proof-read all work before submission
- Follow the rules and regulations of the relevant awarding body
- Correctly reference all sources used in their work
- Keep all work safe and secure to avoid potential plagiarism issues
8. Plagiarism & Academic Misconduct
Plagiarism, academic misconduct, or abusive behaviour towards staff or other learners may result in removal from a programme without refund. Integer Training takes a zero-tolerance approach to plagiarism and will investigate all suspected cases in accordance with our Plagiarism Policy.
9. Complaints & Appeals
If you have a concern or complaint, we encourage you to first raise it informally with your tutor or assessor. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, you may submit a formal complaint in writing within 6 weeks to:

A written response will be provided within 10 working days. If you remain unsatisfied, the complaint may be escalated to the Managing Director, Jasbir Behal.
Further escalation options include your funding college, the relevant awarding body, Ofqual ([email protected]), or the GLA ([email protected]).
10. Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, and resources provided by Integer Training are protected by copyright and remain the property of INTEGER TRAINING LIMITED. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Integer Training provides educational services and qualifications but does not guarantee employment outcomes. Our liability is limited to the course fees paid. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
